As a result of Royal Mail strikes, we are seeing significant delays within postal deliveries. In most cases our packages are taking at least two weeks to arrive.
As an alternative we have enabled the EVRI delivery option. EVRI are also seeing increased volumes (due to Royal Mail) which is causing some minor delays with them, but the packages do seem to be getting through quicker.
The advantage of the EVRI option is we are able to supply tracking details, which we will send to you by email.
